on unconditional confidence as embodied in the symbolic figure of
the Rigden, “the one who holds the family of inherent wakefulness.”
In the second talk, he introduces a three-step formal lungta practice.
In the third, he gives a commentary on the chant “Supplication to
the Shambhala Lineage,” and introduces the practice of Shambhala
meditation.
